        耳機(jī)線電阻彎折試驗(yàn)機(jī)專門試驗(yàn)插頭引出線及電線之耐折強(qiáng)度及電阻變化，電阻超上限或低于下限可以自動(dòng)停機(jī)。本機(jī)是將試樣固定在夾具上，并加一定荷重，試驗(yàn)時(shí)夾具左右擺動(dòng)，經(jīng)一定次數(shù)后檢視其斷線率，或至電阻超出設(shè)定上下限值時(shí)查看其總計(jì)擺動(dòng)次數(shù)。本機(jī)能自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)，試樣彎折至斷線或電阻超限時(shí)，并能自動(dòng)停止操作，可選擇超限單組停止或超限整機(jī)停止，方便采集分析。 本機(jī)符合UL817等有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)“軟線組件和電源軟線通用安全要求”的規(guī)定及《頭戴耳機(jī)通用技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T14471》線材彎折測(cè)試。
        The earphone cable resistance bending test machine is specially designed to test the bending strength and resistance change of the lead wire and wire of the plug. If the resistance exceeds the upper limit or falls below the lower limit, it can be automatically shut down. This machine fixes the sample on the fixture and adds a certain load. During the test, the fixture swings left and right.
